高校图书馆基于IC的知识管理与虚拟学习社区融合研究

知识管理与虚拟学习具有相关性与互补性,高校图书馆信息共享空间为知识管理与虚拟学习社区的融合创造了有利条件,因此知识管理与虚拟学习社区的融合是可行的,但是面临来自于观念、技术、功能、内容、交互性等方面的障碍。图书馆应尽可能地采用现代信息技术将知识管理系统与虚拟学习社区集成在一个IC内,进而提升自身的服务水平。

随着高校图书馆用户信息需求变化趋势呈现学习时空泛在化、知识认知建构制和信息需求多样性特征,逐渐表现出与高校图书馆传统信息素养服务供给模式不匹配或错位,导致服务绩效低下。根据高校图书馆用户信息需求变化趋势特征,针对大学生日常生活和专业学习中的事实性知识获取需求,提出以用户为中心,利用虚拟嵌入平台和支架抛锚兼同级同侪互助教学策略的信息素养服务模式。     

Networking of integrated pest management: A powerful approach to address common challenges in agriculture

Integrated pest management (IPM) is facing both external and internal challenges. External challenges include increasing needs to manage pests (pathogens, animal pests and weeds) due to climate change, evolution of pesticide resistance as well as virulence matching host resistance. The complexity of designing effective pest management strategies, which rely less heavily on the use of conventional pesticides, is another external challenge. Internal challenges include organizational aspects such as decreasing trend in budget allocated to IPM research, increasing scarcity of human expertise, lack of knowledge transfer into practice and the communication gap both at country level and between countries, and lack of multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary IPM research. There is an increasing awareness that trans-national networking is one means to overcome such challenges and to address common priorities in agriculture. A large number of stakeholders (researchers, policy makers, growers and industries) are involved in the sector of crop protection, which needs to be coordinated through effective communications and dynamic collaboration to make any IPM strategy successful. Here we discuss a decade-long IPM networking experiences in Europe emphasizing how IPM research, implementation and adoption in Europe may benefit from a broader level networking.

针对大型检索表为表示的专家知识体系，研究提出了一套可重用的、实用性强的系统设计方法，建立了荔枝虫害诊断专家系统（LDS）。经生产示范应用表明：实现了人机操作界面直观、明了，降低了客户端的专业要求，提高了系统的实用性。还对系统所构造的人机界面、知识存储结构设计和控制策略给出实践示例。     

Where Is Agricultural Economics and AgriBusiness Research Information Published and Indexed? A Comparison of Coverage in Web of Knowledge,CAB Abstracts,EconLit, and Google Scholar

ABSTRACT

Identifying the best source of information to satisfy the needs of local clientele has always been the challenge facing collection development and instruction librarians. In order to provide users with the best possible access tool and source for comprehensive information, it is important that librarians be aware of the most productive sources of information in a field. This paper identifies where the bulk of agricultural economics research is published and indexed. It also ascertains whether Google Scholar is as productive in covering this information as CAB Abstracts and EconLit. The cited reference counts for the top 50 cited sources in Web of Knowledge and Google Scholar are also compared. The scatter of the journal literature in this field, based on the Library of Congress Subject Headings, is also provided. The study identified a broad range of article scattering in areas where agricultural economics and agribusiness materials are published. On the cited reference count, Google Scholar was as productive as the Web of Knowledge. Google Scholar is a free source of very useful information for cited references and other subject searches in the area of agricultural economics and could be used to complement traditional databases.     

基于KTA框架的农业科技人员知识转移路径分析

以KTA框架为原理,分析了农业科技人员知识转移的重要性,在此基础上提出了知识转移的具体路径,即从知识源、知识接受者和转移媒介3个方面对农业科技人员的知识转移提出建议。     

知识场论与知识扩散

描述了物理学中场的散度、旋度和梯度三个基本特征,分析了科学知识的扩散、吸收和在分布中的知识密度梯度三个重要参量,结果表明在知识分布的空间范围内存在场的基本特征,由此论证了知识场的存在。根据知识场理论并通过实例描述了知识扩散的基本过程。     

高校图书馆知识服务现状调查与分析

利用网上调查法对目前我国高校图书馆提供的知识服务的现状和学科馆员设置现状进行了调查。调查分析显示,高校图书馆服务对象的需求呈现很强的学科性和专业特征。
